🚚 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship all over India. International shipping will be available soon — please contact us for special requests or bulk orders.
📦 Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order and shipping details once your order is dispatched.

💸 Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: FREE shipping across India for all orders above ₹499.
- COD Orders: ₹49–₹99 COD charge may apply depending on your pin code and cart value.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number via SMS/email
- A link to track your order status in real-time
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of purchase, please contact our support team.
📦 Packaging & Safety
- All items are securely packed using eco-friendly, tamper-proof packaging.
- Fragile crystal items are bubble-wrapped to prevent breakage during transit.
❗ Delays, Damages & Lost Parcels
- If your order is delayed or lost, we will assist you with tracking and resolution.
- For damaged items, kindly share a photo/video within 48 hours of delivery to info@astrodhan.com. Eligible claims will receive a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
