Refund policy

At Astrodhan, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. Each product we offer is handcrafted with love, intention, and care. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- The item you received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
- The item is returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all included components.
❌ Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products that have been damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items purchased during clearance or sale campaigns
🔁 Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
- After this window, cancellations will not be accepted as the product may already be in processing or dispatched.
💳 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Send you a confirmation email.
- Initiate the refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Share the transaction reference once processed.
Note: If your payment was made using UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking, it may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The return is due to an error on our part (damaged/wrong item).
